The Indians go into the test with a record of 12-9. Waxahachie lost 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Midway (Waco, TX)

Next, the Lions meet the Forney Jackrabbits (Forney, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 28. Kaufman will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Jackrabbits come into the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Van Alstyne (Van Alstyne, TX).
