Varsity Opponent (, ) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Lanham Christian Lions (Lanham, MD), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Varsity Opponent upgrades its record to 35-112 on the campaign. The travel to Christ Covenant (Winterville, NC) to play the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 26. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Christ Covenant lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against New Bern Christian Academy (New Bern, NC)

Next, the Lions play the Calverton (Huntingtown, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Lanham Christian will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
