In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Minneota Vikings volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights.

The Vikings (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Rocori (Cold Spring, MN). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record.

Next, the Knights meet the Lakeview Lakers (Cottonwood, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 28. Russell-Tyler-Ruthton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
