The Westminster School at Oak Mountain Knights volleyball team (Birmingham, AL), was beaten 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host Mortimer Jordan Blue Devils (Kimberly, AL)

The Blue Devils (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Northside (Northport, AL). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Northside beat Sipsey Valley (Buhl, AL), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Knights encounter the Holy Family Catholic Tornadoes (Birmingham, AL) in a 2A Area 9 test, on Thursday, August 28. Westminster School at Oak Mountain will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Tornadoes go into the test with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Bessemer City (Bessemer, AL).
