The New Hope Indians volleyball squad (New Hope, AL), dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Sardis Lions (Boaz, AL)

With the win, Sardis improves its record to 8-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Boaz (Boaz, AL) to encounter the Pirates in a 5A Area 13 battle on Thursday, August 28. The Pirates go into the battle with a record of 4-3. Boaz won 2-1 in their recent non-league battle against Fort Payne (Fort Payne, AL)

The Indians now own a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host North Sand Mountain for a non-league contest on Thursday, August 28.
