Tennessee High School Volleyball - Shelbyville Central held off by Riverside Christian Academy

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Riverside Christian Academy volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Shelbyville Central Golden Eagles.
The (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Giles County (Pulaski, TN). The Bobcats enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Giles County was tipped by Collinwood (Collinwood, TN), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Golden Eagles now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cane Ridge for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 27. Shelbyville Central will face a Ravens squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Portland (Portland, TN). The Ravens record now stands at 2-1.
