The Wilson Hall Barons volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Sumter Gamecocks to 0 in the Barons non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Barons now have a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Heathwood Hall Episcopal for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 28. Wilson Hall will face a Highlanders squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Irmo (Columbia, SC). The Highlanders record now stands at 0-2.
The Gamecocks (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Crestwood (Sumter, SC). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Crestwood went down by Sumter (Sumter, SC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
