With the triumph, Sand Creek improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Scorpions host Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO) to battle the Kadets in a non-league test on Saturday, September 10. The Kadets come into the test with a record of 0-0.
With the loss, Palmer drops to 0-1 on the campaign.
