In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Logansport Berries soccer squad scored a close 6-5 triumph over the South Adams Starfires.
The Berries (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Lafayette Jefferson (Lafayette, IN). The Bronchos come into the North Central battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Lafayette Jefferson nudged Kokomo (Kokomo, IN), 11-0, in a league battle.
The Starfires (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Manchester (North Manchester, IN). The Squires come into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Manchester was nudged by Oak Hill (Converse, IN), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
