Next up, the Longhorns battle the White Pine Bobcats (Ely, NV) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 2. Battle Mountain will attempt to advance on its 9-2 season record. The Bobcats come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Tonopah (Tonopah, NV).

With the loss, Wendover drops to 0-5 on the campaign.
