In Saturday's league battle, the visiting Freedom Area Bulldogs soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Beaver Bobcats.
The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Carlynton (Carnegie, PA). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Carlynton was nudged by Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
