The Flying Eagles now hold a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Bridgeport for a non-league test on Saturday, September 3.

With the loss, Brooke drops to 1-2 on the season. The Bruins travel to Catholic Central (Steubenville, OH) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league test on Monday, August 29. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 2-5. Catholic Central won 8-0 in their recent non-league test against Monroe Central (Woodsfield, OH)
