In Saturday's league battle, the visiting Cascade Cadets soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Indianapolis Lutheran Saints.
The Cadets (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against Monrovia (Monrovia, IN). The Bulldogs go into the Indiana Crossroads outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Monrovia held off North Putnam (Roachdale, IN), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
In their next game, the Saints battle the Hauser Jets (Hope, IN) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, August 30. Indianapolis Lutheran will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Jets go into the outing with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Oldenburg Academy (Oldenburg, IN).
