The Riverview Pirates smashed the visiting Grosse Pointe North Norsemen soccer squad by a margin of 7-1 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Pirates now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Milan for a Huron game on Monday, August 29. Riverview will play a Big Reds squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Belleville (Belleville, MI). The Big Reds record now stands at 1-0.
The Norsemen (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI). The Tars go into the Macomb Area - White game with a 0-1 record.
