Minford Falcons (Minford, OH) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Valley Indians (Lucasville, OH), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Falcons face the Northwest Mohawks (McDermott, OH) in a Southern Ohio II challenge, on Tuesday, August 30. Minford will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.

The Indians now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Zane Trace for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 1. Valley will face a Pioneers team coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Glenwood (New Boston, OH). The Pioneers record now stands at 4-0.
