The Badgers now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Elkhorn South for a non-league challenge on Monday, August 29. Bennington will face a Storm squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Gretna (Gretna, NE). The Storm record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Central City falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Lakeview (Columbus, NE) to face the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 30. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 3-2. Lakeview won 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Centennial (Utica, NE)
