Georgia High School Softball - Emanuel County Institute holds off Hebron Christian Academy

Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Emanuel County Institute Bulldogs (Twin City, GA) and the host Hebron Christian Academy Lions (Dacula, GA), witnessed Emanuel County Institute's softball squad tip Hebron Christian Academy by a count of 4-2.
The Bulldogs now sport a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to South Effingham for a non-league match on Saturday, August 27. Emanuel County Institute will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Pike County (Zebulon, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, Hebron Christian Academy moves to 3-6 on the season. The Lions host Vidalia (Vidalia, GA) to meet the Indians in a non-league match on Saturday, August 27. The Indians go into the match with a record of 7-5. Vidalia won 4-0 in their recent non-league match against Commerce (Commerce, GA)
