The Ponca Indians the host Tekamah-Herman Tigers softball squad by a final score of 11-7 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Indians (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Guardian Angels Central Catholic (West Point, NE). The Bluejays go into the C District 4 battle with a 5-2 record. In their last battle, Guardian Angels Central Catholic nudged West Point-Beemer (West Point, NE), 18-1, in a non-league battle.

The Tigers now possess a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Twin River for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 30. Tekamah-Herman will battle a Titans team coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Yutan-Mead (Yutan, NE). The Titans record now stands at 5-4.
