In Saturday's non-league contest, the Bellville Brahmas (Bellville, TX) volleyball squad edged the host Cypress Woods Wildcats (Cypress, TX), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Brahmas battle the Foster Falcons (Richmond, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 27. Bellville will attempt to better on its 19-9 season record. The Falcons come into the contest with a 13-5 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Klein Oak (Spring, TX).

With the loss, Cypress Woods drops to 11-9 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Cypress Creek (Houston, TX) to battle the Cougars in a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 30. The Cougars come into the contest with a record of 11-7. Cypress Creek won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Clear Brook (Friendswood, TX)
