In Saturday's non-league contest, the Kewanee Boilermakers (Kewanee, IL) volleyball squad were winner over the host Bushnell-Prairie City Spartans (Bushnell, IL), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Boilermakers battle the Monmouth United Red Storm (Monmouth, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 27. Kewanee will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Red Storm go into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 league win over ROWVA (Oneida, IL).

With the loss, Bushnell-Prairie City moves to 0-3 on the year. The Spartans host Knoxville (Knoxville, IL) to battle the Blue Bullets in a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 30. The Blue Bullets go into the contest with a record of 1-0. Knoxville won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Farmington (Farmington, IL)
