Virginia High School Volleyball - Fort Defiance over Liberty Christian

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Fort Defiance Indians (Fort Defiance, VA) and the host Liberty Christian Bulldogs (Lynchburg, VA), saw Fort Defiance's volleyball squad beat Liberty Christian by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Fort Defiance upgrades its record to 7-1 on the year. The Indians travel to Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA) to play the Trailblazers in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 27. The Trailblazers go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

The Bulldogs now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Waynesboro for a Valley bout on Saturday, August 27. Liberty Christian will play a Little Giants squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Broadway (Broadway, VA). The Little Giants record now stands at 3-0.
