The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Midlothian Panthers (Midlothian, TX) and the host Fossil Ridge Panthers (Keller, TX), saw Midlothian's volleyball squad beat Fossil Ridge by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Midlothian upgrades its record to 22-2 on the year. The Panthers travel to Martin (Arlington, TX) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 27. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Martin won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Burleson (Burleson, TX)
