Texas High School Volleyball - Montgomery nudged by George Ranch

The George Ranch Longhorns volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Montgomery Bears to 1 in the Longhorns non-league victory on Saturday.

The Longhorns now have a 20-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. John's for a non-league game on Saturday, August 27. George Ranch will meet a Mavericks team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Randle (Richmond, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 11-4.

The Bears (15-11) will now prepare for their game against Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 10-7 record. In their last game, Fort Bend Dulles was nudged by Fort Bend Austin (Sugar Land, TX), 3-2, in a league game.
