The Grant Lancers volleyball team (Van Nuys, CA), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Van Nuys Wolves (Van Nuys, CA)

The Wolves (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Reseda (Reseda, CA). The Regents enter the Valley Mission challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Reseda defeated Wilson (Los Angeles, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lancers meet the Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 27. Grant will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA).
