The Plainview Bulldogs held off the host Lubbock Christian Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs now have a 10-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southcrest Christian for a non-league test on Saturday, August 27. Plainview will confront a team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Idalou (Idalou, TX). The record now stands at 7-7.
The Eagles (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Plains (Plains, TX). The Cowboys enter the non-league test with a 20-6 record. In their last test, Plains held off Wellman-Union (Wellman, TX), 3-0, in a non-league game.
