The Monte Vista Mustangs topped the host Reno Huskies volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mary's for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 30. Monte Vista will confront a Rams team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Ripon Christian (Ripon, CA). The Rams record now stands at 2-0.
The Huskies (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Miners enter the 5A North test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Bishop Manogue gained a win over McQueen (Reno, NV), 3-0, in a league test.
