Colorado High School Flag Football - Mountain Vista smashes Cherokee Trail

The Mountain Vista Golden Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) flag football trounced the host Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO), 64-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host Highlands Ranch for a 5A/4A Continental outing on Wednesday, August 28. Mountain Vista will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 41-7 league loss to Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Cherokee Trail drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Cougars host Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO) to clash with the Jaguars in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 31. The Jaguars come into the outing with a record of 0-3. Rock Canyon lost 20-6 in their recent league outing against ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO)
