With the win, Air Academy improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Kadets host Pueblo West (Pueblo West, CO) to encounter the Cyclones in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 29. The Cyclones go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Cougars now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Discovery Canyon for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 17.
