North Carolina High School Volleyball - Carson over Mount Pleasant

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Carson Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Mount Pleasant Tigers.

The Cougars (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against North Stanly (New London, NC). The Comets come into the non-league challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, North Stanly beat Anson (Wadesboro, NC), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 28. Mount Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Wonders come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 3-1 league loss to Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC).
