Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Rogers City Hurons (Rogers City, MI) and the host Charlevoix Rayders (Charlevoix, MI), observed Rogers City's volleyball team top Charlevoix by a count of 3-0.
The Hurons (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Fairview (Fairview, MI). The Eagles enter the North Star contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Fairview notched a victory over Wolverine (Wolverine, MI), 3-2, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Rayders meet the Posen Vikings (Posen, MI) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 29. Charlevoix will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record.
