Texas High School Volleyball - Comfort over Hondo

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Comfort Bobcats/Deer volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Hondo Owls.

The Bobcats/Deer (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Johnson City (Johnson City, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 12-7 record. In their last challenge, Johnson City beat Blanco (Blanco, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Owls meet the Cole Cougars (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 30. Hondo will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Stacey (San Antonio, TX).
