Next up, the Cossacks confront the Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones (Clark, SD) in a A Region 2 game, on Thursday, August 29. Sioux Valley will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Cyclones enter the game with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Castlewood (Castlewood, SD).

The Cardinals (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Webster (Webster, SD). The Bearcats enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Webster was dropped by Great Plains Lutheran (Watertown, SD), 3-1, in a non-league game.
