Georgia High School Volleyball - Gordon Central Murray County

In Tuesday's non-league match, the Murray County Indians (Chatsworth, GA) volleyball squad overcame the host Gordon Central Warriors (Calhoun, GA), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Indians battle the Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 5. Murray County will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Dragons enter the match with a 14-9 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA).

The Warriors (2-12) will now prepare for their match against Trion (Trion, GA). The Bulldogs enter the 1A Area 7 match with a 7-7 record. In their last match, Trion notched a victory over Pepperell (Lindale, GA), 2-1, in a non-league match.
