The Indian Springs Thunderbirds (Indian Springs, NV) volleyball held off the host Pahrump Valley Trojans (Pahrump, NV), 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Thunderbirds now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Laughlin for a non-league bout on Friday, September 6.

With the loss, Pahrump Valley drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Moapa Valley (Overton, NV) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 29. The Pirates come into the bout with a record of 7-2. Moapa Valley won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Cristo Rey St. Viator (North Las Vegas, NV)
