Illinois High School Flag Football - Loyola Academy smashes St. Francis

The Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) flag football trounced the host St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL), 39-0 in Wednesday's league outing.

The Ramblers now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hersey for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 28. Loyola Academy will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 13-0 league loss to Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, St. Francis drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to York (Elmhurst, IL) to battle the Dukes in a non-league game on Thursday, August 28. The Dukes enter the game with a record of 0-1. York lost 26-0 in their recent non-league game against Fenwick (Oak Park, IL)
