In Wednesday's non-league game, the St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA) flag football team were victorious over the host Mayfair Monsoons (Lakewood, CA), by a tally of 22-13.
In their next game, the Saints face the Buena Park Coyotes (Buena Park, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, August 30. St. Anthony will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Coyotes enter the game with a 4-3 record after their 25-13 non-league loss to Gahr (Cerritos, CA).
The Monsoons (1-5) will now prepare for their outing against Shadow Hills (Indio, CA). The Knights come into the non-league outing with a 8-2 record. In their last outing, Shadow Hills achieved victory over Central (El Centro, CA), 32-13, in a non-league outing.
