California High School Flag Football - Vanden can't hold off Rocklin

Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their flag football team tip the host Vanden Vikings (Fairfield, CA), 13-12 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Rocklin improves its record to 2-3 on the season. The Thunder travel to Aptos (Aptos, CA) to play the Mariners in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 28. The Mariners go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

With the defeat, Vanden drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Mountain House (Mountain House, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 28. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Mountain House lost 7-6 in their recent non-league challenge against River Islands (Lathrop, CA)
