The Waterloo Vikings (Atwater, OH) soccer overwhelmed the host Brookfield Warriors (Brookfield, OH), 6-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Vikings now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Smithville for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 30. Waterloo will encounter a Smithies squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to Chippewa (Doylestown, OH). The Smithies record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Brookfield moves to 1-3 on the year. The Warriors travel to Garfield (Garrettsville, OH) to face the G-Men in a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Grey contest on Wednesday, September 3.
