The Chelsea Bulldogs (Chelsea, MI) football tipped the visiting Divine Child Falcons (Dearborn, MI), 23-17 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Jackson for a game on Thursday, September 4. Chelsea will face a Vikings team coming off a 50-6 non-league loss to Western (Parma, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
The Falcons (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Lake Fenton (Linden, MI). The Blue Devils enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Lake Fenton held off Huron (New Boston, MI), 14-12, in a non-league game.
