Arizona High School Football - Westwood nips Mesa

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Westwood Warriors (Mesa, AZ) and the visiting Mesa Jackrabbits (Mesa, AZ), witnessed Westwood's football squad edge Mesa by a tally of 32-28.

The Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Shadow Ridge (Surprise, AZ). The Stallions enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Shadow Ridge got by Maricopa (Maricopa, AZ), 20-6, in a non-league contest.
