With the win, Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Hawks travel to Morgan Park Academy (Chicago, IL) to encounter the Warriors in a test on Tuesday, September 2. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Thunder now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wolcott College Prep for a challenge on Friday, August 29. Waldorf will play a Wolves team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus (Chicago, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 2-1.
