Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Palmerton toppled by Northwestern Lehigh

The Northwestern Lehigh Tigers smashed the visiting Palmerton Blue Bombers soccer team by a tally of 8-1 in Wednesday's league game.

Next, the Tigers face the Jim Thorpe Olympians (Jim Thorpe, PA) in a Colonial game, on Tuesday, September 2. Northwestern Lehigh will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record.

The Blue Bombers (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Tamaqua (Tamaqua, PA). The Blue Raiders go into the non-league bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Tamaqua was overwhelmed by Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA), 8-0, in a league bout.
