Indiana High School Volleyball - Tri-Central crushed by Alexandria-Monroe

August 27, 2025: Sharpsville, IN 46068

In Wednesday's non-league match, the Alexandria-Monroe Tigers (Alexandria, IN) volleyball squad overcame the host Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Winchester Community Golden Falcons (Winchester, IN) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 28. Alexandria-Monroe will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Golden Falcons go into the battle with a 5-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Jay County (Portland, IN).

The Trojans now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clinton Prairie for a Hoosier Heartland battle on Tuesday, September 2. Tri-Central will battle a Gophers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Carroll (Flora, IN). The Gophers record now stands at 3-3.
