California High School Volleyball - Desert over Antelope Valley

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA) and the host Antelope Valley Antelopes (Lancaster, CA), saw Desert's volleyball squad notch a victory over Antelope Valley by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Desert upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Scorpions travel to Lone Pine (Lone Pine, CA) to meet the Golden Eagles in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 2. The Golden Eagles enter the contest with a record of 0-4. Lone Pine lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Immanuel Christian (Ridgecrest, CA)

Next, the Antelopes meet the Immanuel Christian Crusaders (Ridgecrest, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 29. Antelope Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Crusaders enter the contest with a 2-4 record after their 3-1 league win over Lone Pine (Lone Pine, CA).
