North Carolina High School Volleyball - Ashbrook over Berry

The Ashbrook Greenwave volleyball squad scored 3 points and held the host Berry Cardinals to 0 in the Greenwave non-league win on Wednesday.

Next up, the Greenwave face the South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) in a Big South 5A/6A game, on Thursday, August 28. Ashbrook will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Red Raiders go into the game with a 4-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC).

The Cardinals (1-5) will now prepare for their game against A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC). The Wonders come into the Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, A.L. Brown beat Harding University (Charlotte, NC), 3-0, in a league outing.
