Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Sierra Vista Mountain Lions (Las Vegas, NV) and the host Basic Wolves (Henderson, NV), saw Sierra Vista's volleyball squad notch a victory over Basic by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Sierra Vista improves its record to 6-4 on the season. The Mountain Lions host Arbor View (Las Vegas, NV) to encounter the Aggies in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 28. The Aggies go into the battle with a record of 8-2. Arbor View won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Foothill (Henderson, NV)

The Wolves now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Las Vegas for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 28. Basic will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Spring Valley (Las Vegas, NV). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-4.
