Illinois High School Volleyball - Flanagan-Cornell Pontiac

Pontiac Indians (Pontiac, IL) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Flanagan-Cornell Falcons (Flanagan, IL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Dwight (Dwight, IL). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Dwight lost by St. Bede (Peru, IL), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Falcons play the Eureka Hornets (Eureka, IL) in a Heart of Illinois challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Flanagan-Cornell will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
