Indiana High School Volleyball - Greenfield-Central over Richmond

Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Greenfield-Central Cougars (Greenfield, IN) and the visiting Richmond Red Devils (Richmond, IN), observed Greenfield-Central's volleyball team top Richmond by a count of 3-1.

The Cougars (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN). The Royals go into the non-league battle with a 11-1 record. In their last battle, Eastern Hancock achieved victory over Wes-Del (Gaston, IN), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Red Devils now own a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Castle for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 28. Richmond will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Centerville (Centerville, IN). The Trojans record now stands at 2-1.
