South Carolina High School Volleyball - West Ashley over Hanahan

Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the West Ashley Wildcats (Charleston, SC) and the visiting Hanahan Hawks (Hanahan, SC), saw West Ashley's volleyball squad notch a victory over Hanahan by a score of 2-0.

With the win, West Ashley improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Wildcats host Cane Bay (Summerville, SC) to encounter the Cobras in a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 27. The Cobras go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Cane Bay won 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against Northwood Academy (Charleston, SC)

The Hawks now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Philip Simmons for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 28. Hanahan will encounter a Iron Horses squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Summerville (Summerville, SC). The Iron Horses record now stands at 6-1.
