The Oak Mountain Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Homewood Patriots to 1 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Eagles now have a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spain Park for a non-league match on Wednesday, August 27. Oak Mountain will confront a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Chilton County (Clanton, AL). The Jaguars record now stands at 5-2.
The Patriots (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Spain Park (Hoover, AL). The Jaguars enter the non-league match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Spain Park held off Chilton County (Clanton, AL), 3-0, in a non-league match.
